Working Process

Ⅰ. Wash Truck Mixers

When the Truck mixers driving to the ramp, push the button,the electric control system will start to work.(If made by PLC, when the top of mixers touch power control switch, or Photoelectric Switch induced,the electric control system will start to work automatically)

Ⅱ. Reclaim sand, stone and slurry water

After several minutes' working, the sand, stones and slurry water will be separated from different outlets. The sand and stone after separation is very clean and could be used without any problem.

Ⅲ. Recycle slurry water into batch plant

It's proved that the slurry water can be used to produce concrete within the density below 4%. Through the slurry water recycle system,we manage to reach 0 waste!
